Wave3D is a web-based application designed to help physiotherapy and medical clinics visualize shockwave therapy treatments using 3D models, track patient sessions, manage staff performance, and display patient testimonials. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a 7-day free trial with access to all Pro features.
After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Treatment outcomes or patient results
Increased patient conversions, bookings, or revenue
Improved patient satisfaction or engagement
The accuracy or effectiveness of any treatment protocols displayed
Any specific business or clinical outcomes from using the Service

Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control. The Service is intended solely to assist with patient education and clinic management, not to guarantee any particular outcome.

9. Medical Disclaimer and Liability

Wave3D is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Important disclaimers:

We are not responsible for any medical advice, information, or recommendations communicated by clinic staff during patient consultations using the Service.
All information displayed in the Service, including 3D visualizations and treatment area information, is for general educational purposes only.
Clinical decisions, including patient eligibility for shockwave therapy, must be made by qualified healthcare professionals based on proper medical assessment.
We are not liable for any adverse outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from treatments discussed or visualized using the Service.
The testimonials feature displays content provided by clinics; we do not verify the accuracy or authenticity of testimonials and are not responsible for their content.
